What to Put in Your Travel Medicine Kit?

What to Put in Your Travel Medicine Kit?
To best prepare for your trip, you must put in your suitcase or bag, a first aid kit. So you can travel more serenely. If you do not want to take a first aid kit, I strongly recommend that you bring a first aid kit to deal with small sores that can occur during your trips. May Allah preserve you from it. (Amine)
I have prepared a list of medications and natural products for you to put in your first aid kit. This checklist is to be adapted according to the country where you are going to stay. You will find there, the essential drugs to take to carry out your umbrella or Hajj and your halal trips in Europe, Asia, Africa, etc. However, remember that you are on vacation and that you have suitcases or a bag to carry. This is why this checklist consists of the essentials to put in your first aid kit.

The New Coronavirus Epidemic.

A new coronavirus, the COVID-19, has been identified all over the world, the majority of cases also being reported in Saudi Arabia. Given current data, it is recommended that pilgrims to Saudi Arabia apply preventive measures, especially avoid close contact with people with respiratory infections (with symptoms like coughing and sneezing), wash your hands often (especially after contact with a sick person and their environment). On-site, in case of high fever and difficulty breathing, it is advisable to consult a doctor without delay, to keep away from other people, cover their mouth and nose if they cough or sneeze with a handkerchief or sleeve.
People with a disease-causing lower immunity (decreased defense against infection) should consult their attending physician before their departure.

Do Not Forget Allah.

Finally, do not forget to learn the invocation of the sick because it is Allah the healer as it is mentioned in the Quran:
And when I'm sick, it’s He who heals me

O Allah, Lord of the people, make evil go away; grant healing, it is You, the One who heals; there is no healing except the healing that You give

للَّهُمَّ رَبَّ النَّاسِ ، أَذْهِبِ البَأْسَ ، اِشْفِ أَنْتَ الشَّافِـي ، لاَ شِفَاءَ إِلاَّ شِفَاءُكَ
